EN: Kishibe is trying to smoke in front of a no-smoking sign at a train station despite the clear prohibition. Quanxi stands behind him in a suit. The joke is his shameless addiction and complete disregard for the rules, making it useful as a reaction to ignoring restrictions or acting brazenly.
