Bruma Imperial City Cheydinhal Chorrol Skingrad Kvatch Anvil Bravil Leyawiin
EN: The image shows a map of Cyrodiil from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, with cities, roads, mountains, and lakes. The joke is about trying to overlay the Cyrodiil map onto a map of Saint Petersburg to search for Daedric shrines, even though the geography only matches loosely.
