Hee Hee-Man Face Mashup

Text on the meme

HEE HEE-MAN

What it means

A muscular cartoon hero styled like He-Man has been given an uncanny woman’s face and orange bob haircut. The punchline is the absurd visual mashup of He-Man with the phrase “hee hee,” used as a surreal reaction to something strange, awkward, or laughably bizarre.
