Birthday Message for a Total Stranger

Text on the meme

Happy Birthday ... Total Stranger ☺

What it means

A camera approaches a closed white door with a handwritten birthday note reading “Happy Birthday … Total Stranger” and a smiley face. The door opens to reveal a large black Polk Reserve R700 speaker, making the message absurdly seem addressed to the unfamiliar speaker; the joke is heightened by the elegant, melancholic Chopin Nocturne Piano by Raqibul Hasan RaNa playing throughout, as if the speaker were being dramatically introduced or celebrated.
