The Homeless Guy During a Storm

Text on the meme

The homeless guy:

What it means

A violent hailstorm lashes an outdoor swimming pool, sending water and debris through the scene while empty lounge chairs sit on the grass. The clip then cuts to an exaggerated anime-style explosion, implying that the homeless person is somehow enjoying the storm or treating the destructive weather as shelter. It is used as an absurd reaction to extreme bad luck or someone having an unexpectedly comfortable situation.
