Roman Salute Buddy
it's called a roman salute buddy
A crudely drawn red character stands beside a smiling man in a black suit who points upward. The caption calls the gesture a “Roman salute,” humorously reframing a gesture commonly associated with Nazi imagery as an ancient Roman greeting. It is sent as an absurd or ironic reaction to someone making an inappropriate or suspicious salute.
