Anime PFP Bait and Switch

Text on the meme

anime pfp

What it means

The clip starts with a cute anime girl presented as an “anime pfp,” then abruptly switches to a heavyset man wearing headphones and glasses. The joke is the bait-and-switch: an attractive anime profile picture supposedly hides the unexpected person behind the account, making it a reaction to misleading online personas.
