Text on the meme

What it means

\n\nEN: A woman working on an illustration looks at the viewer through a pen display and says, “Oi.” The composition suggests that the artist is looking at and drawing her chest, making it a teasing reaction meme about the viewer’s gaze. The punchline is the overlap between the artist’s perspective and the drawn woman looking back.
