EN: From a first-person perspective, a black-and-gray cat lies on a windowsill with a cigarette in its mouth while a hand offers it another cigarette and lights it. The smoke grows thicker until the cat is swallowed by white haze against the dark neon street, and the video ends in darkness. Set to the melancholy Japanese enka-style song “Baka Mitai” by 小山力也 and 山寺宏一, the clip turns a cat smoking into an absurdly tragic reaction meme for expressing resignation, frustration, or exaggerated heartbreak.
