A grainy black-and-white video shows a long-haired man staring intensely and shifting across the frame beneath the caption about Israel seeing American taxpayers try to keep their income. The ominous close-up and low rumbling audio exaggerate the joke, portraying Israel as threateningly interested in taking the money. It works as an edgy political reaction meme about taxation and geopolitical stereotypes.
