What it means

A graph showing the number of IP addresses banned over a day, with sharp purple spikes forming the phrase “DIGITAL RESISTANCE” in Morse code. The joke is that internet users encoded a message of resistance into statistical data monitored by Russia’s communications regulator, Roskomnadzor. It is shared as an ironic reaction to censorship, internet restrictions, or attempts to resist digital control.
