What it means

A tabby cat sits in front of a television showing a crowded sports stadium while an imageboard post claims he watched Argentina’s whole game and celebrated their victory. The cat is licking its lips because it is waiting for a small piece of ham, creating a playful anthropomorphic explanation for its expression. This is shared as a wholesome reaction to pets, sports fandom, or cute animals.
