Text on the meme

What it means

Joy, Sadness, and Disgust from Inside Out argue with Hideo Kojima, while a BMW M3 GTR appears as a newly accepted emotion. The joke treats Kojima’s eccentric persona and the racing car as competing emotions, ending with an exaggerated engine-like scream from the car. It is used as an absurd reaction to someone or something being unfairly included or classified.
