Nothing Gets Past My Darts
NOTHING GETS PASSED MY DARTS
A cartoon monkey confidently claims that nothing gets past his darts while several darts and projectiles approach a target. In the lower panels, one dart is stopped by a shield, while the monkey looks frustrated with a dart in his mouth. The joke is the contrast between his boast and his obvious failure, making it useful as a reaction to overconfidence or an unsuccessful attempt.
