Text on the meme

we can't expect God to do all the work.

What it means

A blue-haired chibi character in a yellow hooded outfit holds a large firearm while staring blankly. The caption humorously twists a religious saying into a justification for taking action personally, often used as an absurd reaction to problems that require effort or violence.
