Alan Wake Lore vs Gameplay

Alan Wake lore: Alan Wake gameplay:

A video contrasts a terrifying, screaming close-up labeled “Alan Wake lore” with cheerful, absurd gameplay footage of a childlike anime character dancing, running, and celebrating through a dark environment. The joke mocks the gap between Alan Wake’s ominous horror story and unexpectedly goofy or harmless gameplay, with upbeat music and apparent oinking sounds making the contrast even more ridiculous. It works as a reaction to games whose serious lore does not match their silly moment-to-moment action.
