Middle-Aged Woman Avoiding Normal Workouts

Text on the meme

Middle aged woman doing literally anything in their power not to workout normally

What it means

A group of middle-aged women in a fitness studio perform chaotic, exaggerated movements while suspended in aerial workout straps. The caption jokes that they are doing anything possible to avoid exercising normally, turning an ordinary class into absurd acrobatics. Bobby Caldwell’s smooth R&B/soul song “What You Won’t Do for Love” makes the frantic workout look dramatically romantic and hilariously over-the-top.
