Nick Got Promoted to Nicholas

Text on the meme

I'm lovin' it NICK McCafé Specialist Crew Trainer NICK NICK GUEST EXPERIENCE LEADER Team Leader NICK NICK ASSISTANT MANAGER NICHOLAS MARKET PEOPLE LEAD Nick Got Promoted To Nicholas

What it means

A stack of McDonald’s employee name badges shows Nick advancing through increasingly senior positions until his name becomes Nicholas. The joke is that the promotion is treated as so significant that Nick’s formal name changes, making it a reaction to exaggerated career advancement or becoming more official.
