What it means

A four-panel illustration shows differently colored humanoid figures labeled as pale, blood, black, and yellow humor buddies. The joke plays on the ancient four humors and the different meanings of “humor,” presenting each bodily temperament as a strange character. It is used as an absurd reaction to categorize someone’s personality or sense of humor.
