Happy Vietnamese Meal Comment

Text on the meme

КИНО This man right here looks so happy and excited about his Vietnamese meal, not a single sight of him being kept as hostage. Keep up the good work.

What it means

A smiling man eats from a bowl while sitting at a computer. The comment jokingly claims that his happiness is actually proof he is not being held hostage, turning an ordinary meal into an absurd kidnapping theory.
