Fitness Boxing with Hatsune Miku

Text on the meme

My coworker noticed I lost weight and when she asked my routine I did not know how to tell her it was Fitness Boxing ft. Hatsune Miku Fitness Boxing ft. 初音ミク Exercise with Miku

What it means

A tweet jokes about someone losing weight through the rhythm game Fitness Boxing featuring Hatsune Miku, but feeling embarrassed to explain it to a coworker. The punchline is the contrast between a normal fitness routine and an unexpectedly otaku-style workout with a virtual idol.
