A Steam-style game recommendation panel promotes Sid Meier's Civilization VI at 95% off, alongside an unusually specific positive review praising the employee who fixed hundreds of UI bugs with Lua, Jira, and Perforce. The joke is the absurd contrast between a grand strategy game advertisement and a fan letter to a software developer, making it a reaction to impressive technical work or a developer who deserves recognition.
