Respect the Janitor
As a child, I was taught to respect the janitor as much a the CEO. As an adult, I now usually have more respect for the janitor.
A man in a suit mops the floor while wearing a serious expression. The joke is that childhood lessons taught equal respect for janitors and CEOs, but adulthood often leads people to respect the janitor more because they seem more hardworking, practical, and trustworthy. It is used as a humorous reaction to corporate culture or admiration for ordinary workers.
