You're Pregnant, I Was Born

Text on the meme

IYAA~N ♥ ORA ORA! GET PREGNANT ~! YOU'RE PREGNANT. I WAS BORN... AND THAT'S HOW...

What it means

A three-panel cartoon shows two women reacting to an absurd pregnancy announcement, followed by a purple vampire-like character telling the story of his birth to a yellow bird-like figure. The joke turns the phrase “you’re pregnant” into an overly dramatic origin story, ending with the suspenseful “and that’s how...” as if revealing an important backstory.
