Original Versus Remake

Original Remake

What it means

A hand-drawn original shows a green rocket-like figure with a small character at one end, while the remake reduces it to a plain green rectangle. The joke contrasts a detailed, imaginative original design with an overly simplistic remake, making it useful as a reaction to lazy redesigns or bad adaptations.
