Profile Picture vs Guy Behind It

Text on the meme

the profile picture : The guy behind it :

What it means

The meme contrasts a cute anime profile picture of a red-haired girl hugging a tiny pink-haired girl with a real-life image of assorted fruit. The joke is that an adorable or feminine online avatar may be completely unrelated to the person behind it, often used to tease anonymous internet users or profile-picture stereotypes.
