Touhou but for boys

Text on the meme

That's weird, We're right? both girls, after all. Marisa you live in touhou stupid. Its only girls. do they make touhou but for BOYS??

What it means

A Touhou character looks confused while a comment points out that Touhou is supposedly only girls. The punchline is the exaggerated reaction image of heavily armed S.T.A.L.K.E.R. characters, implying a masculine or “boys’ version” of Touhou. It is used as an absurd reaction to gendered fandom jokes or requests for a tougher male counterpart.
