Small Kittens: Pathetic or Evil

Text on the meme

why small kittens are always either the most pathetic or the most evil creature you've ever seen

What it means

Two cartoon kittens appear above two real white kittens: one looks sad and pathetic, while the other looks angry and evil. The joke is that small kittens seem to fall into two exaggerated extremes, making this useful as a reaction to contrasting kitten personalities or moods.
