A first-person player explores an oversized, nostalgic kitchen from a classic-era shooter, moving across the floor and even riding underneath a table while holding a pistol. The caption turns the strange household-scale map into a childhood memory, while Øneheart & reidenshi’s ambient track “Snowfall” makes the scene feel dreamlike, melancholic, and warmly nostalgic. It works as a reaction to remembering simpler internet and gaming days after coming home from school.
