Help Me Survive This Meeting

Text on the meme

Help

What it means

A serious-looking woman in a pinstripe suit speaks into a microphone at a formal meeting, intercut with a close-up Instagram video of her exaggeratedly glamorous, distressed face. The contrast between the restrained conference setting and the chaotic lip-syncing, fire effect, and “Help” caption turns the clip into an absurd reaction meme about wanting to escape a painfully formal situation. Tatarka’s “Altyn,” an energetic electronic pop/hip-hop track, makes the joke feel even more dramatic and theatrical.
