What it means

A map of the Middle East and surrounding regions is covered with yellow airplane icons, while one isolated plane near Iran is highlighted with a red circle and connected to a close-up of a serious driver. The joke presents the lone aircraft as if it were being dramatically controlled or singled out in a crowded sky, making it useful as an absurd reaction to standing out or being the only one doing something.
