POV: Sweden Hearing Taweel Al Shawq

POV: Sweden

A young blond man in a black zip-up jacket sits in a blue room, dramatically reacting to the solemn Arabic nasheed “Taweel Al Shawq” by Ahmed Bukhatir. He lip-syncs and gestures with exaggerated confusion, then looks around and scratches his head, as if Sweden is bewildered by the intense music. The joke uses the mismatch between the serious, yearning religious song and the awkwardly puzzled reaction as a reaction meme for feeling confused or out of place.
