I have hired this kitten to stare at you
A tiny gray-and-white kitten sits on a scratcher and stares directly at the viewer. The joke is that the kitten has supposedly been hired specifically to intimidate or silently judge someone, making it a cute reaction to send when you want to watch someone closely or apply playful pressure.
