Macroplastics Flowing Through My Veins

Text on the meme

Microplastics? I have MACROplastics flowing through my veins

What it means

Three colored plastic pen tubes are shown with shredded plastic debris protruding from them, jokingly presented as blood vessels containing macroplastics instead of microplastics. The punchline exaggerates concern about plastic pollution by claiming the speaker has large pieces of plastic flowing through their veins, making it suitable as an absurd environmental reaction meme.
