NEW CALIFORNIA REPUBLIC

What it means

A heavily armored NCR Ranger stands triumphantly on a pile of fallen soldiers while raising a tattered New California Republic flag in a dusty battlefield. The scene references Fallout: New Vegas and humorously glorifies the faction’s grim, post-apocalyptic military aesthetic, making it useful as a reaction to victory, relentless combat, or over-the-top patriotic triumph.
