What it means

A screenshot of a tweet from a patch maker joking about receiving a huge order for anime patches from an alleged Kyrgyzstani airsoft team. The attached patch shows a blonde anime girl in sunglasses with the words “Balalaika” and “Who Will Save the World?”, referencing Russian military imagery and darkly exaggerating the idea of the patches being worn during atrocities.
