How to fold a UN flag

A cartoon instructional diagram shows how to fold a blue United Nations flag, but the final steps depict the flag being discarded into a trash bin instead of neatly folded. The joke is that the supposedly practical folding guide ends with throwing the UN flag away, implying disdain or frustration toward the organization.
