Irish Man Mentors English Man
YOU KNOW IT'S SCIENCE FICTION WHEN AN IRISH MAN MENTORS AN ENGLISH MAN
A black-and-white image shows Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi from Star Wars standing together in Jedi robes. The joke points out that Irish actor Liam Neeson’s character mentors a character portrayed by English actor Ewan McGregor, humorously treating the actors’ nationalities as part of the science-fiction premise.
