What it means

A gun exhibition booth displays firearms beside a large anime-style poster and a small armed figurine, with a visitor looking at the display. The joke comes from the striking contrast between serious real-world weapons and brightly illustrated anime merchandise, a reaction to unexpectedly combining tactical gun culture with anime fandom.
