Brave Mujahideen Film Dedication

Text on the meme

THIS FILM IS DEDICATED TO THE BRAVE MUJAHIDEEN FIGHTERS OF AFGHANISTAN

What it means

A retro RCA CRT television displays a dramatic film dedication to the brave mujahideen fighters of Afghanistan over a brightly lit fortress-like building. The joke comes from treating an ordinary or absurd situation as if it were the opening of an epic action film, making this useful as an ironic reaction to something needlessly grand or dramatic.
