Jeffrey's Fortnite Island Event

Text on the meme

Jump into Jeffrey's limited-time island event with the new #epstein skin! 🥴

What it means

A fake Fortnite announcement shows several versions of Jeffrey Epstein as Fortnite skins, including one holding a gun and one in a suit. The joke is dark satire about Epstein being turned into a ridiculous limited-time game event, used as an absurd and uncomfortable reaction to references involving him.
