What it means

A firearms presenter explains an empty semiautomatic pistol while reaction emojis appear around him. The clip then rapidly showcases increasingly expensive guns labeled with their destroyed values, ending with a dog and an exaggerated total of $124885. Electric Light Orchestra’s upbeat song “Mr. Blue Sky” contrasts with the gunshots and escalating destruction, making the edit absurd and darkly comedic as a reaction to costly damage or over-the-top weapon destruction.

Speech

Don't do this. Rew! I firmly believe every time someone slams the slide closed on an empty semi-automatic pistol somewhere, a kitten dies.
