What it means

A Chinese player from Singapore customizes a Warhammer 40,000: Darktide Ogryn to look Chinese and gives him an Anglicized Chinese name. Another player calls him racist and assumes his voice is an offensive accent, creating an absurd misunderstanding about identity and representation. The meme is used as a reaction to people who make unreasonable accusations or misunderstand obvious context.
