Fallout 3 Ghoul Hotel

>in fallout 3 >there's a quest where you appeal to the people's empathy to allow ghouls to coexist with them >when some want to be kind an accept, you let ghouls in >if you leave and come back every human has been killed by the ghouls, it is a ghoul only hotel what did todd mean by this?

Фраза «what did todd mean by this?» The joke mocks a quest where the player tries to achieve peaceful coexistence between humans and ghouls, but upon returning discovers that the ghouls have killed all the humans and turned the building into a “ghoul only hotel.” The phrase “what did todd mean by this?” jokingly blames Todd Howard for the strange or deliberately flawed quest design.
