What it means

A camera pans across an elaborate desk setup where the same bizarre blue lizard-like animation is displayed on numerous monitors, tablets, and handheld devices. The joke is the absurd overkill of showing one simple animation everywhere, inviting viewers to rate an unnecessarily elaborate setup. The clip is accompanied by Hitomi Sato & GAME FREAK’s video-game soundtrack “Port Yoneuve,” whose playful electronic mood reinforces the surreal reveal.
