Mickey Chooses Unreasonable Force

I was always willing to be reasonable until I had to be unreasonable

Mickey Mouse is shown steering a ship in a vintage black-and-white cartoon, saying he was willing to be reasonable until circumstances forced him to be unreasonable. The lower panel cuts to an armored tank bulldozing forward, turning the statement into an absurd escalation joke about responding to a problem with overwhelming force. It is used as a reaction when someone humorously justifies abandoning compromise for aggressive action.
