A surreal montage of retro anime scenes shows characters driving through a neon city, looking through windows, handling objects, and appearing in psychedelic mirror imagery. The clipped English lyrics repeatedly ask why someone will not “take it,” while Sandra’s melancholic synth-pop song “Don’t Cry (The Breakup of the World)” gives the rapidly changing visuals a wistful, dramatic mood. It works as an ironic reaction video for waiting, emotional confusion, or an absurdly prolonged situation.
