What it means

Two men on a snowy bridge push an enormous snowball over the railing, sending it plunging into the water. The clip ends with the snowball making a huge circular splash, followed by the laughing pair. It works as an absurd reaction video for moments when an exaggerated action produces an unexpectedly dramatic result.
