In India We Call This Rain

In India we just call this “rain” Massive sewer pipe bursts, flooding the city with 💩

A dashcam video shows a truck driving through a flooded city street while filthy water gushes across the road. The joke exaggerates the flooding by calling sewage “rain,” mocking severe urban flooding and poor drainage in India; it is used as a sarcastic reaction to extreme rain or catastrophic flooding.
