Terminal Endolymphatic Hydrops

I was recently diagnosed with a terminal illness called endolymphatic hydrops. Basically I don't have enough blood flow to my ears, so they will soon freeze and fall off. There is only one treatment, but there is no cure. I need to warm my ears constantly and the only material soft enough is the inside of a hot girl thighs.
